About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology client seeking a CRM Operations Evaluator for a fully remote contract engagement. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is managing the search for professionals with deep expertise in data quality and customer relationship management systems.
This is a contract role open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. You'll work independently and asynchronously, applying your domain knowledge to evaluate technical outputs and provide structured feedback that drives quality improvements.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate technical artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics and standards
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve technical outputs
- Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade deliverables for accuracy and rigor
- Work independently and asynchronously to ensure high-quality results across multiple evaluation projects
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 5+ years of professional experience in data quality or CRM operations
- Native or professional fluency in English
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in presentation tools (Google Slides / PowerPoint)
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution
