About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential aerospace organization seeking an ERP Contracts Analyst to join their business systems team. This role focuses on designing and customizing enterprise application solutions to support finance and contracts operations. You'll bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, working closely with developers to ensure system capabilities align with organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and customize SAP or PeopleSoft client/server applications to meet enterprise requirements and systems needs
- Write functional requirements and develop comprehensive test plans for ERP implementations
- Collaborate with technical developers to ensure requirements are properly translated into system functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to contracts processes within enterprise applications
- Drive strategic initiatives related to finance and business operations system enhancements
- Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise application content, processes, and procedures
- Support change management efforts associated with system implementations and upgrades
- Travel up to 25% as project schedules and deliverables require
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in finance and business operations, specifically contracts processes
- Proven experience with technical solutioning within ERP systems (SAP or PeopleSoft)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical developers
- Track record of driving strategic initiatives to completion
- Ability to execute assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision and direction
- Highly effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
- US Citizenship required due to program requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations
- Ability to assess functional requirements and technology roadmaps
- Understanding of transformation objectives and alignment of future state processes to business outcomes
- Familiarity with Agile framework and methodologies
- Ability to lead challenging change management assignments

Pay
Compensation for this role varies by geographic location within the United States, reflecting regional labor markets. Our client uses a zone-based compensation structure with ranges from approximately $116,100 to $299,500 annually depending on location and experience level. The position also includes eligibility for annual incentive compensation programs, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, 401(k) matching, flexible work arrangements, paid time off, and education assistance.
