Working Student Recruiting (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential aerospace technology client in Brunswick, Germany. They are seeking a Working Student to support recruiting operations for their growing engineering organization. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment.

This is an onsite working student position, ideally 20 hours per week, available immediately.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of initial interviews to assess cultural fit with candidates
• Monitor and coordinate the interview process to maintain timelines and keep all stakeholders informed
• Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires
• Process and evaluate application questionnaires using AI-assisted tools
• Support preparation of technical and commercial challenges for second-round interviews
• Coordinate scheduling between candidates and hiring teams using Microsoft Bookings
• Ensure timely candidate processing in Personio HR software
• Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team
• Maintain oversight of all open positions and ensure smooth candidate handovers between stages

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Legal, Business or related field, OR at least 2 years of working student experience
• Available onsite in Brunswick (Braunschweig), Germany
• Ideally available 20 hours per week, with immediate start date
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style with sensitive information
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Confident user of MS Office suite, including SharePoint and Bookings

Preferred:

• Initial experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations
• Recruiting experience in fast-paced technical or deep-tech companies
• Familiarity with German labour law (Spanish labour law knowledge is a bonus)
