Alternant(e) Learning & Development (H/F)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a global analytics and AI consultancy with offices across major international cities. Our client is seeking an alternance candidate to join their Learning & Development team in Paris, helping drive employee growth and development across their organization.

This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute across the full L&D value chain—from organizing training sessions to analyzing engagement data and creating learning content. You'll gain comprehensive exposure to corporate learning operations in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

Training Operations (40%)

• Plan and coordinate training sessions including invitations, follow-ups, and attendance tracking
• Manage enrollments through learning management platforms (LMS)
• Ensure administrative follow-through and compliance requirements

Tools & Data Management (40%)

• Track key metrics: participation rates, completion rates, and engagement levels
• Consolidate data from various learning platforms
• Update dashboards and contribute to reporting processes
• Analyze performance trends and propose corrective action plans

Learning Experience & Content (20%)

• Update training catalogs and optimize learning pathways
• Enhance the learner experience through improved navigation and usability
• Participate in creating pedagogical content including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive materials

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in HR, Education Sciences, or equivalent
• Prior experience in HR or Learning & Development is a plus
• Comfortable with digital tools including LMS/LXP platforms and collaborative software

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable working with data and analytics
• Interest in pedagogy and e-learning methodologies
• Knowledge of instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, 70-20-10) appreciated
• Bonus: experience with tools like Teach Up, PlayPlay, or Canva
