About This Role
We are representing a confidential automotive retail client in their search for a Merchandising Specialist in Indian Orchard, Hampden County. This position plays a key role in maintaining an inviting, professional retail environment while ensuring product availability and excellent customer service on the sales floor.
The Merchandising Specialist will be responsible for keeping the front sales floor and showroom area fully stocked, organized, and clean. You'll complete daily sales preparations, greet customers as they enter, and ensure the retail space consistently presents a welcoming appearance. Bilingual candidates are particularly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Maintain front sales floor and showroom areas with proper stock levels, fronted displays, and cleanliness standards
- Complete daily sales floor preparations to ensure readiness for customer traffic
- Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise
- Ensure the retail showroom maintains a professional and inviting appearance at all times
- Organize and display products according to merchandising standards
- Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor and communicate restocking needs
