Women’s Health Account Executive

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential diagnostics organization seeking a Women's Health Account Executive in the North Long Beach area. Our client provides critical laboratory testing and diagnostic services that physicians and patients depend on for healthcare decisions. This role focuses on developing new business within the women's health sector, requiring both sales expertise and sensitivity to the clinical nature of the work.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities within women's health practices, OB/GYN clinics, and related healthcare facilities
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, practice managers, and healthcare decision-makers
• Present diagnostic testing solutions that support better patient outcomes and clinical decision-making
• Develop account strategies and sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal clinical and service teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM documentation
• Stay current on women's health diagnostics, industry trends, and competitive landscape

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in healthcare or diagnostic sales with new business development focus
• Experience selling into OB/GYN practices, women's health clinics, or related healthcare settings strongly preferred
• Ability to communicate complex clinical and technical information to diverse audiences
• Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals
• Self-motivated with excellent territory management and organizational abilities
• Comfort navigating sensitive healthcare topics with professionalism and tact
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent sales experience

Pay
