Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will support the sales organization through warehouse-based sales activities. You will engage with customers, process orders, and provide exceptional service while working collaboratively with the broader team to meet business objectives.

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to existing customers
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide product information and technical support to customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records in the company's sales systems

What We're Looking For

• Proven inside sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and via email
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in industrial distribution or related field is a plus
