About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking an Alternance - Chargé(e) de recrutement to join their talent acquisition team in Saint-Denis. Our client operates across multiple European markets and is experiencing significant growth.

This apprenticeship role offers hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and student positions across France and international markets. You'll work closely with a recruitment lead and gain exposure to strategic hiring in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from initial briefing through candidate onboarding
• Act as a trusted advisor to international hiring managers, translating complex business needs into targeted recruitment strategies
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals)
• Deliver exceptional, personalized candidate experiences from first contact through smooth onboarding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to anticipate needs and support team growth
• Draft salary proposals and handle administrative tasks related to new hire onboarding
• Contribute to recruitment process optimization, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and focus on strategic partnership

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program at university or business/HR school (ideally 3 weeks/1 week or 4 days/1 week rhythm)
• Fluent English (B2 level minimum with certification required) to collaborate within a multicultural, international team
• Strong business acumen and genuine interest in commercial operations
• Curious, open-minded, and positive attitude
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
• Proactive, initiative-taking approach with solution-oriented thinking
• Passionate about recruitment and highly motivated
• Previous recruitment experience through internship or apprenticeship is a plus
• Contrat d'apprentissage only
