About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential online gaming organization seeking an intern to join their Poker Product team in Paris. This is a 6-month internship (stage de fin d'études) starting January/February 2027, designed for Master's level students looking for genuine responsibility in product development and operations.
You'll work closely with a Poker Product Manager who will serve as your mentor, learning to design and manage poker promotions and events. This role offers strong potential for a permanent position upon successful completion.
Responsibilities
As you progress through your internship, you'll contribute to the full lifecycle of poker operations:
- Participate in researching and conceptualizing new game mechanics and promotional formats
- Draft specifications for marketing, technical, and creative teams
- Coordinate project timelines and track progress across multiple departments
- Participate in product testing and validation before launch
- Monitor live operations and track performance metrics
- Analyze results and identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct competitive analysis of online poker offerings in France and internationally
- Final project: design a major new poker operation concept to drive long-term player engagement and retention
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+5) in business, marketing, management, or equivalent
- Seeking a 6-month end-of-studies internship
- Strong experience playing online poker with active player accounts
- Deep understanding of the competitive online poker landscape
- Ability to analyze offerings from a player's critical perspective
- Based in or willing to relocate to Paris for on-site work
- Fluent in French (this is a French-language role)
