Solutions and Implementation Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential PropTech organization that is transforming how commercial real estate portfolios are managed across Europe. Our client operates a unified platform supporting hundreds of thousands of professionals managing property operations globally. Following recent strategic growth, they are scaling their UK Customer Experience team to handle a significant pipeline of upcoming implementations.

We're seeking a Solutions and Implementation Manager to join their team in Cardiff (remote within the UK considered). This is a pivotal role where you'll own the technical customer journey from pre-sales through to successful go-live, acting as the bridge between commercial teams and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and technical implementation of the estates management platform for UK customers
• Configure solutions to meet specific client requirements, deliver comprehensive training, and ensure successful deployment
• Serve as technical advisor and product expert, guiding customers through complex configurations and troubleshooting technical challenges
• Partner with Sales teams to lead technical product discovery and demonstrations, scoping additional modules and integrations that deliver measurable value
• Conduct strategic Success Planning sessions with key accounts, demonstrating ROI and aligning customer objectives with platform capabilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Help build repeatable delivery processes and mentor colleagues as the implementation function scales
• Travel to client sites approximately once per month where beneficial for customer success

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in technical implementation, solutions consulting, or technical account management roles, ideally within SaaS, PropTech, CAFM, or B2B software environments
• Demonstrated ability to configure and deploy complex software solutions
• Strong commercial awareness with understanding of the customer lifecycle and ability to articulate ROI
• Experience working collaboratively with sales teams to drive revenue growth and expansion
• Strong technical aptitude with comfort learning complex platforms, troubleshooting issues, and training end-users
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value for stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho) and project management tools (Jira)
• Data-driven approach with ability to analyze customer data and demonstrate value
• Willingness to travel within the UK approximately once per month
• Cardiff-based candidates preferred; UK-based candidates will be considered with quarterly travel to Cardiff for team collaboration
