Sr Agent Architect (Germany)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential conversational AI organization seeking a Sr Agent Architect to design and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions for global clients. In this role, you will architect end-to-end system integrations connecting our client's platform to complex enterprise environments including CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, and contact center platforms.

You will build and configure integrations using APIs and integration platforms, applying systems thinking to solve multi-system data flow challenges. Working closely with engineering teams, you will tackle complex integration scenarios and validate architecture reliability through structured testing approaches.

Your expertise in LLM internals will be essential as you analyze customer requirements and design prompts for reliable agent behavior. You will translate complex workflows into structured conversational components, fine-tune conversational flows and voice output to align with brand standards, and document best practices for internal and external audiences.

Additional responsibilities include scoping AI Agent deployments, providing strategic architecture advice, collaborating across departments to resolve blockers, and representing technical expertise to customers and partners.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles with proven expertise in solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration
• Strong systems thinking with a track record of solving complex technical problems across multiple systems and data sources
• Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale including CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms, and ticketing systems
• Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, API testing tools such as Postman, and API authentication patterns including OAuth, API keys, and JWT
• Experience reading and consuming API documentation across enterprise SaaS platforms, including data transformation and field mapping logic
• Analytical and critical thinking skills with expertise in risk assessment and problem-solving
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a passion for meeting milestones and effective communication
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative, results orientation, and ability to identify opportunities for impact
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into LLM prompts and conversational flows with attention to conversational nuance
• Fluency in German and English is required
• Prior conversation design, prompt engineering, or A/B testing experience is a plus but not required
