Stage – Supply Chain Data & Operations Analyst (H/F)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fashion organization in Paris seeking a Supply Chain Data & Operations Analyst intern. This is a 6-month internship opportunity starting in January 2027, perfect for students pursuing engineering, business, or university studies with a specialization in Supply Chain.

Our client operates in the e-commerce fashion space with multiple brands and international logistics operations. You'll join their Supply Planning team and work directly with the Supply Planning Manager on both operational excellence and strategic data projects.

Responsibilities

Operational & Optimization:

• Manage stock rebalancing flows between warehouses, working directly with international logistics partners
• Enhance operational data quality by improving performance visibility and analysis—a key lever for refining sales forecasts and order predictions
• Participate in continuous improvement of Supply Planning team processes
• Contribute to ad-hoc analyses including pricing positioning studies, return rates, product flow evolution, and geographic mix impact

Core Project: Operational & Planning Performance Dashboard:

• Lead the creation of a centralized performance tracking tool throughout your internship
• Define key performance indicators aligned with business needs and select appropriate technical solutions
• Structure data flows by identifying sources and automating data pipelines to ensure reliability and robustness
• Test and deploy the tool with a primary objective of ensuring adoption within business processes

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in an engineering, business, or university program with Supply Chain specialization
• Seeking a 6-month gap year or final-year internship
• Rigorous, organized, and naturally curious
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory)
• Proactive mindset with strong analytical skills
• Team-oriented with eagerness to share knowledge and develop skills in an agile, dynamic environment
• Authorized to work in France for the internship duration
