Construction Manager Staff

The Opportunity

As a Construction Manager Staff at Williams, you'll play a critical role in delivering complex construction projects on schedule and within budget. This position offers the chance to lead teams, manage resources, and drive operational excellence across our growing construction operations. Your Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities and supervise on-site teams to meet project milestones and deadlines
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and identify efficiencies to maximize profitability
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance standards, maintaining a zero-incident culture on all job sites
• Track quality standards and resolve issues proactively to meet specifications and client expectations
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and maintain accurate project records
• Conduct site inspections and manage scheduling to optimize workflow and resource allocation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; construction management certification or bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with construction management software and standard MS Office applications
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between assigned locations as needed
