Onsite Associate, Lab Services

VWR is seeking an Onsite Associate for Laboratory Services at our Braine-l'Alleud facility. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll provide essential support to our laboratory operations team.

What This Role Involves

As an Onsite Associate in Laboratory Services, you will work within a dynamic laboratory environment, supporting the day-to-day operations that keep our facility running smoothly. You'll collaborate with experienced professionals to maintain quality standards, ensure proper protocols are followed, and contribute to the efficiency of our lab services. This role requires you to be on-site at our Braine-l'Alleud location, working full-time alongside our operations team.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration checks
• Support sample preparation and documentation procedures
• Help maintain organisation and cleanliness of laboratory spaces
• Collaborate with team members on assigned laboratory tasks
• Follow established safety protocols and quality procedures
• Contribute to inventory management and stock monitoring
• Support quality assurance activities and testing procedures
