What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor equipment and systems in accordance with established standard operating procedures
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor troubleshooting on assigned equipment
• Track operational activities and maintain accurate records and logs
• Identify and report any equipment irregularities or safety concerns immediately
• Handle materials and manage inventory with precision and care
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant operational experience a plus
• Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and procedures
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort operating industrial or laboratory equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Genuine commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
