The Opportunity

As a Warehouse Technician I at our Bakersfield location, you'll be part of a team that handles the movement, storage, and organization of products across our facility. You'll gain hands-on experience with warehouse systems, materials handling, and inventory procedures while contributing directly to customer satisfaction through accurate, efficient work. This role is ideal if you're detail-oriented, physically capable, and eager to grow within a distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and locations
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Support warehouse organization and cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and data
• Willingness to learn warehouse management systems and equipment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it is a plus
