What This Role Involves

As a Sales Lead at Vans, you'll combine hands-on retail expertise with leadership responsibilities to inspire your team and create outstanding shopping experiences. You'll drive store performance, foster team development, and maintain the product knowledge and brand authenticity that define the Vans retail environment at West Edmonton Mall.

Core Duties

• Lead and motivate sales team members to achieve store targets and deliver superior customer service
• Demonstrate product expertise and guide customers through their Vans footwear and lifestyle selections
• Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, brand values, and customer engagement
• Manage daily store operations including inventory control, opening and closing procedures
• Design and maintain compelling visual merchandising displays that showcase our product range
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving
• Support promotional campaigns and store initiatives in collaboration with management
