Fullstack Software Engineer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential engineering technology organization based in München that is seeking a talented Fullstack Software Engineer. In this role, you will work with the development team to build and enhance internal applications focused on process digitization and automation. You'll be developing React-based applications that communicate via REST APIs with various Django backends and microservices. The containerized architecture includes AI/ML modules and automated physics simulations.

Your work will span the full development lifecycle—from requirements gathering through implementation to deployment. You'll collaborate in a dynamic environment, maintaining close contact with various departments to understand and implement user requirements. This is a largely remote position with regular in-office presence in München required approximately once per week.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience:

• Completed degree in a STEM field or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in software development or web development

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python/Django (or other ORM tools, or solid SQL experience)
• Strong proficiency in Javascript/React (or similar frontend frameworks)

Preferred Skills:

• Docker experience
• ERP system knowledge

Professional Qualities:

• Team player with strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Structured work approach with high degree of personal initiative
• Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and English
