About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Performance Marketing Working Student to support their Talent Acquisition team in Berlin. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) offering hands-on experience in recruitment marketing, campaign management, and data-driven hiring operations.
Our client operates at significant scale across multiple markets and is building out their in-house performance marketing capabilities to attract top talent efficiently. You'll work at the intersection of digital marketing, data analytics, and talent acquisition—gaining valuable experience in how modern organizations use paid channels to build their teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor paid recruitment marketing campaigns on a day-to-day basis and identify issues requiring attention
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date job listings across multiple job boards and ensure proper categorization
- Produce weekly performance reports tracking impressions, clicks, applications, cost per application, and pipeline contribution
- Flag unusual performance patterns or budget pacing concerns to the team
- Coordinate creative feedback loops between internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to inform marketing strategy
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational tasks across the team
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- Some practical experience with marketing, recruitment, creative content, or communications (coursework, internships, or projects)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and interpreting basic campaign metrics
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of owning recurring tasks independently
- Genuine interest in digital marketing, data analytics, and process optimization
