We are representing a confidential clinical research organization seeking a Specialist Project Management Office professional in Lithuania. Our talent team is looking for someone who can provide essential support to project management operations while working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers and the Project Management Office team
• Manage and enhance project management tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and collaboration
• Track and coordinate clinical trial agreement activities with internal stakeholders to support timely project delivery
• Coordinate training initiatives and support the development of training materials and resources
• Maintain project management systems, support project setup activities, and ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• College or University degree
• Fluent proficiency in English
• Work experience in clinical research
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with clinical trial management and document management systems
• Strong attention to detail and self-organization skills
• Strong collaboration skills and passion for supporting colleagues with both minor requests and larger projects
• Competency with procedural documentation and technical solutions
