Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential international organization seeking a Microsoft Power BI / Data Analytics Specialist for a full-remote, long-term engagement. This role requires working 4-6 hours aligned with New York time zones.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with stakeholders to determine data analytics requirements and understand business objectives
- Analyzing business needs and creating data-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact
- Gathering and analyzing corporate data from multiple sources
- Implementing data analytics applications, including data transformation, analysis, and visualization
- Contributing to standards and best practices for analytics pipelines
- Developing interactive visualization applications with strong visual design principles
What We're Looking For
Our client needs a professional who combines technical expertise with business acumen:
- Strong business analysis skills—you can understand client needs and translate them into effective data solutions
- Deep understanding of data governance, including data privacy and protection requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI for building interactive dashboards and reports
- Experience with the Python ecosystem for data exploration and pipeline automation
- Proven track record developing interactive visualization applications
- Strong visual design skills for information presentation
- Fluency in English (required for stakeholder communication)
- Based in the United States or willing to work New York business hours (4-6 hours overlap required)
