Senior Solutions Architect – Multimodal AI

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in multimodal AI systems. This role focuses on training and optimizing solutions for image, video, and document intelligence applications across EMEA markets. You will serve as a technical expert for AI-native companies building content analysis and recommendation systems, helping them solve complex challenges from architecture through production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical relationships with customers building multimodal AI systems for document intelligence, personalization, and image/video analysis, supporting them from architectural planning to production deployment
• Guide customers on model training strategies across modalities including layout-aware document encoders, user-item interaction models, and spatiotemporal video representations
• Address vision content challenges such as image resolution optimization, vision encoder performance tuning for latency constraints, efficient video frame sampling, and temporal reasoning
• Represent customer requirements to product teams, translating field insights into roadmap recommendations for frameworks including NeMo, TensorRT-LLM, Dynamo, and RAPIDS
• Engage the developer community through hackathons, technical presentations, demonstrations, and reference architectures

What We're Looking For

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years in applied AI/ML with hands-on experience in document understanding and visual content analysis
• Proven track record building or optimizing Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and Omni models
• Familiarity with GPU-accelerated training and inference frameworks such as TensorRT-LLM, NeMo, RAPIDS or equivalent systems
• Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with research scientists, ML engineers, and business stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience building multimodal AI systems handling multiple modalities (audio, video) and complex structures including layouts, tables, and multi-page reasoning
• Knowledge of retrieval and search systems including dense retrieval, ANN indexing, and re-ranking pipelines
• Track record optimizing vision encoders for production through quantization, pruning, or architectural modifications to meet latency requirements
• Published research or open-source contributions in multimodal learning
