Product Designer

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential health and wellness technology company seeking a Product Designer to join their team in Ukraine. This organization builds digital products that serve a global user base, focusing on mobile applications that help users achieve their personal goals.

We are looking for an experienced product designer who can craft intuitive, engaging experiences and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Develop design hypotheses and create high-quality user interfaces for a global audience
• Design engaging interfaces and animations that align with user needs and business objectives
• Plan and conduct user research to inform design decisions
• Present design solutions to product and engineering teams
• Collaborate actively with Product and Engineering throughout the development process to ensure smooth implementation
• Create design assets, motion design, animations, and detailed specifications for development teams
• Initiate improvements and contribute to the evolution of mobile health and fitness applications

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in a Product Design role
• Strong expertise in both UI and UX design with a user-centered approach
• Deep understanding of platform-specific design patterns and best practices
• Solid knowledge of iOS and Material Design guidelines
• Proven experience prototyping and designing interfaces for complex, task-specific use cases
• High attention to detail and strong visual design skills
• Ability to set up and conduct user research processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with development teams
• Solid understanding of animation principles and ability to enhance user experience through motion
• Basic understanding of mobile app development processes

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Claude and Figma MCP in design workflows
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered image generation tools
