Business Operations & Growth Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential HVAC services organization experiencing rapid growth across the United States. Our talent team is seeking a Business Operations & Growth Manager to partner directly with leadership on scaling operations, implementing technology solutions, and building systems that support sustainable expansion.

This is a fully remote position based in Argentina, working full-time (40 hours per week) during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with business leadership to improve and scale operational systems
• Build, document, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Research, implement, and manage software, automation, and AI tools to increase efficiency
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of strategic initiatives
• Develop systems that enhance productivity, accountability, and business performance
• Analyze workflows and recommend solutions that support growth objectives
• Execute operational planning and strategic initiatives independently
• Support additional administrative and operational projects as business needs evolve

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Previous experience in Business Operations, Operations Management, Project Management, or similar role
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) – C1/C2 level
• Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement methodologies
• Proven experience creating SOPs, workflows, and scalable business systems
• Comfortable implementing and learning new software, automation platforms, and AI tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be available during U.S. Pacific Time business hours

Highly Preferred:

• Experience in small or fast-growing business environments
• Hands-on experience implementing AI, automation, or business management software
• Strong project management background
• Track record leading operational improvements across multiple departments
• Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and business analytics tools
