We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in the experiences and bookings industry. Our client is seeking a Product Analyst to join their remote team in Mexico. Responsibilities

• Acquire, organize, measure, and interpret data from multiple sources to support analytics initiatives across the business
• Identify product opportunities and performance trends using appropriate analytical techniques
• Deliver custom data solutions to business customers, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with data and software engineering teams to support data warehouse and data mart development
• Prepare and deliver analytics projects with high quality and timeliness
• Work closely with product management, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance platform revenue capabilities through data-driven insights
• Support internal financial initiatives by providing data analysis to the finance department
• Participate actively in the analytics community, sharing best practices and staying current with industry trends
• Experiment with AI tools, including large language models (LLMs), to increase analysis efficiency and automate repetitive tasks

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience deriving insights from large, semi-structured datasets as a product or data analyst in a SaaS software organization
• 1-2 years of experience writing SQL against large and complex data sets
• 1-2 years of experience with web and mobile analytics platforms such as MixPanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Heap, or Pendo
• 1-2 years of experience with data analytics/visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
• Experience working with analytical databases (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery) or transactional databases (Postgres, MySQL)
• Experience using generative AI or LLMs to streamline workflows, surface insights faster, or enhance reporting and decision-making
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy when working with large amounts of information
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle and how data informs prioritization, iteration, and success measurement
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with guidance from leadership
• A learning mindset with interest in using modern analytics, automation, and AI tools to work more efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data transformation tools such as DBT, Python, or R
• Experience with Machine Learning libraries using Python
• Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
• Experience working within agile development teams
• Experience building internal assistants or analytical copilots
