Senior Full-Stack Engineer (m/f/x) | hybrid

About This Opportunity

We are representing a profitable, investor-independent SaaS scale-up based in Munich that is launching an exciting greenfield product line. Our client operates in the mobility technology sector and serves over 100,000 users across 28 countries. As they expand their product portfolio, we're seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their international team and help shape this new venture from the ground up.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in their Munich office, with trust-based working hours and a collaborative, English-speaking environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical foundation of a new product line by implementing solid engineering principles and best practices
• Take ownership of features from conception through deployment, ensuring quality and maintainability
• Collaborate with like-minded engineers to establish efficient development processes
• Contribute to building and potentially leading a high-performing development team
• Apply domain-driven design, hexagonal architecture, and ports & adapters patterns
• Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing strategies

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional hands-on development experience
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS environments is a strong advantage
• Backend-heavy full-stack expertise with NestJS and TypeScript on the backend
• Frontend proficiency with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Shadcn
• Familiarity with TanStack, Playwright, PostgreSQL, and Supabase Auth
• Experience with AWS hosting and Infrastructure as Code
• Understanding of how AI tools enhance development quality and security in enterprise applications
• Strong agile development experience
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
