Marketing & Content (m/w/d): Founder’s Right Hand, Pflichtpraktikum München

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential luxury fashion brand based in Munich for a paid mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) as Marketing & Content Associate and Founder's Right Hand. This is a hybrid role starting immediately, with the potential to become the company's first full-time employee as the brand scales.

You'll work directly with the founder and gain hands-on experience across all aspects of running an emerging brand—from customer communications to campaign execution. This is not a traditional internship: you'll have real ownership, make real decisions, and see the direct impact of your work from day one.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools daily for content drafting, planning, research, and workflow automation
• Create and edit content (photos, videos, copy) for the online shop, newsletter, and website
• Execute marketing campaigns and manage email communications with customers and subscribers
• Support the founder with administrative tasks including supplier coordination, follow-ups, and scheduling
• Take full ownership of one specific area of the business and run it independently
• Work primarily from the Munich showroom with approximately two days per week remote

What We're Looking For

• Active daily use of AI tools or a strong desire to integrate them into your workflow—curiosity and adaptability matter more than specific platforms
• Ability to produce content quickly across formats (photo, video, text) using whatever tools you're most efficient with
• Strong written communication skills in both English and German
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you prioritize getting things done over endless discussion
• Eye for aesthetics, quality, and interpersonal dynamics
• Comfortable with administrative work as a core part of the role
• Study regulations that require a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) with supporting documentation

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €800 per month. The role also includes staff discount on brand products, access to brand events and photo shoots, AI tools and training, and a qualified reference letter upon completion. A clear path to a permanent position exists for the right candidate.
