About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency in Düsseldorf that specializes in results-driven campaign work for e-commerce clients. This is a full-time, on-site Performance Designer role where you'll own the complete creative process—from concept through execution—and see the measurable impact of your work within days.

You'll build high-velocity campaigns that directly drive revenue, combining copywriting, visual design, and AI-powered image creation in a single workflow. This role demands speed, aesthetic judgment, and a maker mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy campaigns at high frequency using modern design tools
• Create complete visual ecosystems using stock imagery, AI-generated assets via prompting, and compositing techniques
• Own both copywriting and design—the entire creative output belongs to you
• Execute from initial concept through final delivery with minimal handoffs
• Iterate rapidly based on performance data and feedback

• Proven ability to ship work and complete projects independently
• Strong work ethic and commitment to 100% on-site collaboration in Düsseldorf
• Natural eye for aesthetics—you instantly recognize what works visually
• Exceptional learning speed with new software and platforms
• Ambition and self-motivation; you actively seek feedback and improve continuously
• Comfort working with AI tools as part of your creative workflow
• Fluency in German and English

Not required: Prior experience with specific design platforms, newsletter tools, or formal design education. Visual judgment, execution speed, and professional attitude matter most—our client will train the right candidate on their specific toolset.
