Performance Creative (m/w/d)

About This Role

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency in Düsseldorf that specializes in performance-driven campaigns for e-commerce clients. They need a creative professional who can own the entire campaign creation process—from concept through design to delivery—and see direct revenue impact the very next day.

This is a full-time, 100% on-site position in Düsseldorf. You'll be working at high velocity, creating campaigns in rapid iteration cycles, building visual worlds using stock imagery, AI-generated assets, and compositing techniques. The entire creative execution sits with you: copywriting, design, and visual direction unified in one role.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy performance marketing campaigns at high frequency using modern design tools
• Build complete visual identities for campaigns including stock selection, AI image generation through prompting, and compositing
• Write campaign copy and develop design concepts as a unified creative output
• Deliver finished campaigns from initial concept through final deployment
• Work collaboratively on-site with the team in Düsseldorf
• Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback

Not required: Prior experience with specific design platforms, newsletter systems, or formal design education. Visual sense, speed, and attitude are what matter—our client will teach you the rest.
