E-Mail-Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About This Role

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency based in Düsseldorf. Our client is seeking an E-Mail Marketing Manager to own the complete creative process for high-velocity e-commerce campaigns. You will design, write, and deploy email marketing that drives measurable revenue, with full creative control from concept through execution.

This is a full-time, 100% on-site position in Düsseldorf.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy email campaigns in Figma at high frequency for e-commerce clients
• Create complete visual worlds using stock imagery, AI image generation through prompting, and compositing
• Write copy and design layouts as a unified creative vision—you own the entire campaign
• Execute campaigns end-to-end, from initial concept through final send
• Analyze performance metrics and see direct revenue impact from your work

Not required: Prior experience with Figma, newsletter platforms, or formal design training. If you have the eye, speed, and attitude, our client will train you on the rest.
