Product Manager – AI Sales Tech

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Product Manager to lead development of an AI-powered sales enablement platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape a product that serves sales teams and executives in the Philippines market. You'll work remotely while collaborating with cross-functional design and engineering teams to deliver solutions that directly impact sales productivity.

We're looking for someone with 1–2 years of product management experience who understands sales dynamics and can translate user needs into actionable product features. This is a chance to own the full product lifecycle from vision through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for an AI sales enablement platform
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand workflows, pain points, and gather continuous feedback
• Partner with design and engineering to translate requirements into development tasks
• Conduct market research on sales technology trends and competitive landscape
• Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from conception through launch and ongoing optimization
• Create documentation including product requirements, use cases, and technical specifications
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate features based on data insights
• Coordinate product launches and work with marketing on go-to-market strategies
• Serve as the primary stakeholder contact for product updates and performance reporting
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to maintain alignment on product goals
• Support sales teams with training materials and resources to drive product adoption
• Gather post-launch user feedback to identify improvement opportunities

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1–2 years of product management experience, preferably in tech or software
• Proven experience working with design and software engineering teams
• Strong understanding of sales processes and sales professional workflows
• Ability to develop and articulate clear product vision
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with product management tools and methodologies
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple concurrent projects

Preferred:

• Knowledge of AI technologies and applications in sales contexts
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Background in sales or related customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing

Location: Philippines, fully remote with flexible hours
