About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization in their search for a Director of Duals Strategy & Policy. This is a fully remote position available anywhere in the United States. Our client is seeking a strategic leader to oversee program management, develop national duals strategy including Medicare Advantage initiatives, and drive key policy decisions through trusted stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for duals strategy initiatives across multiple markets
  • Develop policy-informed strategies and playbooks to support organizational goals
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships at state and federal levels
  • Advise leadership on regulatory matters and their impact on business strategy
  • Oversee stakeholder advisory groups and ensure aligned communication across the organization
  • Partner with Compliance and Regulatory Affairs on timely filings, requests, and submissions
  • Lead change management efforts across functional areas and market teams
  • Select, develop, and deploy direct reports to achieve program objectives
  • Maintain transparent communications and gain alignment from decision makers at all levels

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-7 years of industry experience in healthcare
  • Background in health policy, healthcare analytics, business, economics, law, or related field preferred
  • Program or project management capabilities
  • Regulatory or Compliance background strongly preferred
  • Federal, state, and regulatory policy experience preferred
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate insights into strategy
  • Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
  • 0-3 years of supervisory or management experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future (no H-1B, L-1, O-1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT)
