Head of Mid-Market Sales

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential legal technology organization that is redefining how professional services leverage AI. Our client has achieved strong product-market fit and is scaling rapidly across EMEA markets. They need an experienced second-line sales leader to build and lead their Mid-Market team in London.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll manage frontline sales managers, own the regional Mid-Market revenue number, and transform early traction into a repeatable, scalable go-to-market engine. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—setting direction while staying close to critical deals in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid Market Sales Managers across EMEA, driving accountability for new logo acquisition and expansion ARR targets
• Design and execute the regional sales strategy, including territory planning, coverage models, and go-to-market execution frameworks
• Own EMEA mid-market forecasting, pipeline health, and accurate reporting to senior leadership
• Build a high-performing leadership bench by hiring, developing, and retaining top managerial talent across the region
• Partner with global mid-market leadership to adapt and refine sales playbooks for EMEA markets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, solutions engineering, legal, and customer success teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences
• Represent EMEA mid-market in global planning cycles, headcount discussions, and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of B2B tech sales experience, including 4+ years managing and developing sales managers or senior individual contributors
• Proven track record leading a regional or multi-market sales organization in a high-growth, early-stage technology company
• Strong history of selling complex software solutions to enterprise or mid-market clients using consultative, value-based methodologies
• Demonstrated experience operating across EMEA markets with understanding of regional dynamics, buyer behaviors, and professional services industry nuances
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence with ability to influence frontline teams and senior stakeholders
• Genuine interest in how AI is transforming knowledge work and professional services
• Based in or willing to relocate to London
