Production Associate

Freudenberg is seeking a Production Associate to join its manufacturing team at our Shakopee, Minnesota facility. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to high-quality product manufacturing in a structured, safety-focused environment.

Position Summary

As a Production Associate at Freudenberg in Shakopee, you'll play a key role in our manufacturing operations, executing production tasks with precision and reliability. Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll help ensure that every product meets our exacting quality standards while maintaining the safe, efficient operations that define our facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment following established protocols and safety procedures
• Perform assembly, material handling, and product finishing tasks to meet daily production schedules
• Inspect finished goods and components for defects, ensuring conformance to quality specifications
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with facility safety and housekeeping standards
• Work collaboratively with production team members to troubleshoot challenges and optimize workflow

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED; prior production, manufacturing, or assembly experience is valued
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks accurately
• Strong attention to detail with a genuine commitment to quality and workplace safety
• Dependable attendance and flexibility to work assigned shifts
• Basic mathematical skills and comfort following both written and verbal directions
• Collaborative approach to teamwork with clear, respectful communication
