Wir von Get A Job.ai vertreten einen Kunden aus dem Bereich Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur bei der Suche nach einem Werkstudenten (m/w/d) für das Projektmanagement. Unser Mandant ist im Bereich des Netzausbaus tätig und sucht Verstärkung am Standort Köln.
Deine Aufgaben
- Übernahme und eigenständige Bearbeitung kleinerer interner Projekte zur Prozessoptimierung in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen (IT, Finance, Technik, Commercial)
- Unterstützung bei Systemanpassungen und Begleitung der damit verbundenen Prozesse
- Nachverfolgung von Meilensteinen, Aufgaben und Projektfortschritten sowie frühzeitiges Aufzeigen von Abweichungen
- Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Auswertungen, Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Erstellung und Pflege von PowerPoint-Präsentationen für Projekttermine und Management-Updates
- Unterstützung bei der Steuerung und Koordination externer Partner und Dienstleister
- Begleitung kleinerer Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen von der Beauftragung bis zur Umsetzung
- Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Abläufen und Strukturen im Projektmanagement
Das bringst Du mit
- Laufendes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement, Technik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Interesse an Projektmanagement und technischen Rollout-Prozessen
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Spaß daran, Themen eigenverantwortlich voranzutreiben und den Überblick über mehrere Aufgaben zu behalten
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
