Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Graphic & Social Media Design

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency seeking a working student for graphic and social media design. In this role, you will become an integral part of the social media team, supporting creative output across multiple client accounts.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Designing visually compelling static and carousel posts for social media across various industries and client accounts
• Performing basic video editing and content preparation for social media channels including TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Creating and optimizing structured, visually persuasive presentations using Google Slides for internal and external decks
• Handling regular design requests from cross-functional teams (creator teams, strategy, HR) and serving as a visual interface
• Managing multiple parallel projects and ad-hoc requests while maintaining organization and supporting the existing design team with daily operations

What We're Looking For

Education: Currently enrolled at a university or technical college in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Media Design, Visual Communication, or a comparable program

Design foundation: Solid fundamental skills in digital design with a strong sense of aesthetics, layouts, and social media trends

Technical skills:

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Comfortable working with Google Slides and able to present complex content in visually clean formats
• Nice to have: Initial experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro for video editing and motion design

Soft skills: Team player with enthusiasm for close collaboration, daily stand-ups, and working within a creative, dynamic team environment

Languages: Fluent German and English required
