This role sits at the critical intersection of technical configuration and customer success, ensuring enterprise clients begin their partnership with properly structured accounts and meaningful performance tracking from day one.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise customer onboarding implementations, configuring accounts to align with business objectives and strategic priorities
• Design scalable account structures for complex organizations across multiple business units, product lines, geographic markets, and audience segments
• Execute keyword research, categorization, page grouping, and competitive analysis within the platform
• Configure AI-powered search performance tracking, including persona development, topic modeling, and prompt implementation
• Provide strategic guidance on persona frameworks to ensure tracking reflects customer audiences, products, and services accurately
• Collaborate with customers to understand search strategies, reporting requirements, competitive landscapes, and business priorities
• Configure and troubleshoot analytics integrations including Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics
• Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions across customer and internal teams
• Maintain transparent communication throughout onboarding, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations
• Develop implementation plans, tracking resources, and documentation to keep complex projects organized
• Present research findings, architectural recommendations, and implementation strategies to stakeholders
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementations while maintaining accuracy and meeting timelines
• Leverage AI tools throughout daily workflows for research, analysis, documentation, quality assurance, and process optimization
• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with customer requirements
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate implementation processes
• Contribute to internal documentation, best practices, training materials, and implementation standards
• Support onboarding and development of new team members through mentorship and knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of relevant implementation experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or technical customer onboarding roles
• Strong English-language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable conducting customer-facing meetings via phone and video to discuss technical configurations
• Ability to translate complex technical and strategic concepts for diverse audiences
• Self-directed work style with sound judgment and ownership mentality for complex projects
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities with experience managing competing priorities
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, analysis, documentation, and operational workflows
• Advanced spreadsheet proficiency and experience manipulating large, complex datasets
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to accuracy, consistency, and data quality
• Platform expertise or ability to rapidly develop deep technical knowledge of complex systems
• Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) is advantageous
• Understanding of search strategies, keyword research, and digital performance measurement preferred
