Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, Nuxt3, and Vue
- Lead project architecture and implementation in collaboration with product managers within agile teams
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
- Propose and implement innovative technologies and methodologies to maintain technical excellence
- Take ownership of projects from conception through production deployment
What We're Looking For
- Advanced expertise in TypeScript or JavaScript with deep framework knowledge in Nuxt and Vue
- Proven full-stack development experience with confidence across frontend and backend systems
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead and complete technical projects
- Strong mentorship skills with a passion for developing junior team members
- Commitment to writing high-quality, peer-reviewed, production-ready code
- Pragmatic problem-solving approach focused on efficient, effective solutions
- Excellent English communication skills (German is a bonus)
- Willingness to complete a practical coding challenge during the interview process
