AI Enablement Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology consultancy serving clients across Northern Europe. Our talent team is seeking an AI Enablement Lead based in North Macedonia to drive internal adoption of AI tools and practices across a distributed organization spanning multiple countries.

This is a business-focused role centered on people, communication, and change management—not deep technical implementation. You'll serve as the bridge between business teams and AI capabilities, identifying opportunities, leading proof-of-concept initiatives, and delivering engaging training that helps colleagues work smarter with AI.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with teams across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Germany to identify AI opportunities and understand business pain points
• Develop and maintain a prioritized AI enablement roadmap based on business impact
• Lead small-scale proof-of-concept projects from idea through validation, defining scope, success criteria, and business cases
• Design and deliver engaging online training sessions and workshops to upskill colleagues on AI tools and best practices
• Drive internal adoption through effective communication, addressing resistance, and celebrating wins
• Establish pragmatic, sensible guidelines for responsible AI use without creating bureaucracy
• Collaborate with technical team members to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered efficiently
• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, learnings, and measurable impact

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, consulting, or digital transformation roles
• Proven experience working with Nordic or Western European clients/stakeholders—you understand the culture and communication style
• Demonstrated ability to run engaging training sessions, workshops, or presentations (examples required)
• Strong conceptual understanding of AI and LLM capabilities—you can explain what's possible without building it yourself
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional Nordic languages are advantageous
• Track record of driving adoption of new tools or processes and influencing without formal authority
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams across multiple countries
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

This role is not suitable if: you want to spend most of your time coding, you prefer detailed specifications over discovery conversations, or you find training and presenting draining rather than energizing.

Nice to have: Experience in OT/IT or industrial automation environments, background in change management methodologies, familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot, or experience working in Scandinavia.
