Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential biotechnology organization with global operations in animal nutrition and health. This Regional Sales Manager role will lead commercial strategy across Mexico and Central America, focusing on monogastric production sectors including poultry and swine.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading commercial strategy and business development for the Mexico and Central America region
- Developing and expanding key accounts within the poultry and swine production sectors
- Driving profitable business growth and market penetration
- Managing and developing a high-performing commercial team
- Building strategic relationships with owners, directors, nutritionists, veterinarians, and procurement decision-makers at leading production companies
- Collaborating with clients to address productivity challenges, animal health optimization, and profitability improvement
- Managing demand planning, sales forecasting, and key account management processes
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks an experienced commercial leader who understands the animal nutrition and health industry from the inside. The ideal candidate will have:
- More than 10 years of experience in animal nutrition or animal health sectors
- Proven track record leading commercial teams to success
- Demonstrated history of sales growth and large account development
- Deep knowledge of poultry and/or swine production operations
- Technical expertise in animal nutrition, animal health, or production management
- Proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and key account management methodologies
- Conversational or advanced English language skills
- Ability to translate scientific innovation into business results
- Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives and technical stakeholders
