Responsibilities
Our client, a leading financial services organization in Brazil, is seeking QA Automation Engineers at Mid-level and Senior levels to join their agile development teams. Working through Get A Job.ai, you will be part of a quality-focused environment where business rules and test automation are central to delivery excellence.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement automated testing solutions for complex financial systems
- Write and execute automated tests using Java-based frameworks
- Validate message integration and workflows in distributed systems using Kafka
- Automate API testing for RESTful services using Rest Assured
- Build end-to-end test automation for user interfaces and integration points
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated test automation
- Ensure test architecture follows best practices for scalability and efficiency
- Collaborate with agile teams to maintain high-quality software delivery standards
What We're Looking For
Required Skills and Experience:
- Solid experience with Java, including writing and executing automated tests
- Knowledge of Kafka for integration and message validation in distributed systems
- Experience with API test automation tools, especially Rest Assured, for validating RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Cypress or Selenium for end-to-end automation, focusing on UI and integration testing
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as jUnit or TestNG
- Practical experience with GitLab for code versioning and CI/CD pipeline management
- Ability to configure and manage pipelines, integrating test automation and implementing CI/CD best practices
- Understanding of REST and SOAP service concepts, with experience consuming and validating web services
- Knowledge of software project architecture for test automation, including design best practices and creating scalable, efficient tests
- Mid-level and Senior experience in QA automation roles
