What This Role Involves

As a Kids Club Attendant at our Dubai resort, you will lead a dynamic programme of activities that keep young guests entertained, engaged, and safe throughout their stay. Your responsibilities span programme design, activity supervision, guest interaction, and maintaining the facilities that make our Kids Club a premier destination for families visiting PALAZZO VERSACE DUBAI. You will be central to delivering the child-focused hospitality excellence our guests expect.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate a wide range of age-appropriate games, crafts, sports, and entertainment for children of varying ages.
• Design, plan, and execute creative programmes that combine educational value with fun, including themed activities, arts and crafts sessions, and group sports.
• Maintain a secure, welcoming atmosphere where children thrive, constantly monitoring their behaviour, interactions, and overall well-being.
• Build warm, positive relationships with young guests, ensuring each child feels valued and enjoys their time in our Kids Club.
• Liaise regularly with parents and guardians, sharing activity updates and promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
• Keep all Kids Club spaces—playrooms, activity zones, and recreational areas—clean, organised, and well-maintained.
• Uphold all safety and emergency protocols, including supervision of pool and outdoor recreation areas.
• Coordinate and support special children's events, celebrations, and themed parties held at the resort.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects PALAZZO VERSACE DUBAI's reputation for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.
