Wir von Get A Job.ai vertreten einen wachsenden Kunden im Bereich erneuerbare Energien mit Sitz in München. Unser Auftraggeber sucht einen Praktikanten oder Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im Bereich People & Culture, der dabei hilft, HR-Strukturen und -Prozesse in einem schnell wachsenden Umfeld aufzubauen.
Diese Rolle eignet sich ideal für Studierende, die praktische Erfahrungen im Personalwesen sammeln möchten – von Recruiting über Vertragsmanagement bis hin zu Arbeitssicherheit und Employer Branding.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Vertragsmanagement: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Ablage von Arbeitsverträgen sowie im Dokumentenmanagement
- Recruiting Support: Mithilfe beim Active Sourcing, Screening, Interview-Koordination und Bewerberkommunikation für die Zentrale in München
- Payroll & Lohnbuchhaltung: Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der monatlichen Lohnbuchhaltung und Pflege abrechnungsrelevanter Daten
- On- & Offboarding: Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Onboarding-Prozessen und Unterstützung bei Offboardings
- HR-Systeme & Prozesse: Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Einführung neuer HR-Tools sowie bei der Prozessdokumentation
- Employer Branding & Events: Mitarbeit im Social Recruiting, Pflege der Karriereseite und Planung von Team-Events
- Arbeitssicherheit: Einblicke in die Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
Was wir suchen
- Laufendes Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar (mindestens 4. Semester bzw. zwischen Bachelor und Master)
- Erste relevante Erfahrung im HR-Bereich durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
- Erfahrung im Start-up- oder Scale-up-Umfeld von Vorteil
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit Personio oder vergleichbaren HR-Systemen wünschenswert
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit Blick fürs Detail
- Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Bewerbern, Kollegen und externen Partnern
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Lust, aktiv mitzudenken und mitzugestalten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
- Wohnsitz in München oder Umgebung erforderlich (Hauptarbeitsort ist das Büro im Glockenbachviertel; Homeoffice flexibel möglich)
