Product Lead – AI Stockbroking

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is reimagining how people access financial services across multiple regions. Our talent team is searching for a Product Lead to own critical product areas within their AI-powered investment platform.

This is a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom, requiring office presence at least three days per week. We're looking for builders who understand users deeply, define clear product direction, and ship fast while iterating based on real-world feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas across financial services including insurance, payments, savings, investing, or travel products
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans from first principles
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver customer value
• Transform complex financial products into simple, intuitive customer journeys
• Use data, user feedback, research, and production insights to drive product decisions and prioritization
• Launch features, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement through rapid iteration
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between shipping speed, user experience, business impact, compliance requirements, and operational complexity

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or in growth/product operations roles
• Strong product sense with demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows for end users
• Track record of collaborating with engineers and designers to ship production-quality products
• Comfortable working with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning cycles
• Excellent written communication, prioritization skills, and stakeholder management abilities
• High ownership mentality with ability to drive work forward with limited guidance
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or high-growth products strongly preferred
• Strong English communication skills required for cross-functional collaboration

Ideal candidates: Start from user problems rather than feature lists, make decisions with incomplete information, ship quickly and learn after launch, work deeply with engineering teams, and are honest about attribution of business impact.

This role is not suitable for: Candidates who focus on documentation over execution, cannot collaborate closely with engineering, require perfect data before deciding, or do not engage with products post-launch.
