Residential Supervisor

HSMC is hiring a Residential Supervisor for our team in Milford, MA, US. This is a full-time position with our residential treatment and health care services.

Position Summary

As a Residential Supervisor at HSMC in Milford, you'll lead and oversee daily operations at our residential treatment facility. You'll manage clinical and residential staff, ensure high-quality resident care, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a safe, therapeutic environment where individuals can recover and thrive. This supervisory role is central to our mission of providing excellent residential treatment services in the Milford area.

Core Duties

• Supervise and support residential treatment staff across all shifts, providing guidance and mentorship
• Coordinate care plans, monitor resident progress, and ensure therapeutic goals are being met
• Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health care regulations, licensing standards, and organizational policies
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of resident care, treatment activities, and outcomes
• Address staff and resident concerns professionally, resolving conflicts constructively
• Collaborate with clinical, nursing, and administrative teams to improve service delivery and outcomes
• Participate in shift coverage and on-call duties as operational needs require

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in residential treatment, mental health, or health care settings
• Knowledge of residential treatment practices, therapeutic approaches, and health care standards
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with clinical documentation, treatment planning, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications, licenses, or advanced degrees preferred
• Compassion, patience, cultural competence, and genuine commitment to supporting individuals in treatment
