Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physical capability to provide hands-on personal care assistance
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Genuine compassion and empathy for individuals with diverse needs
- Reliability, punctuality, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
- Willingness to respect client privacy, dignity, and autonomy
