Family Officer / Family Office Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential single family office in the Frankfurt am Main area. Our client oversees wealth, investment, and real estate structures and is seeking a Family Officer to lead the coordination and strategic development of all private, financial, organizational, and administrative matters.

In this role, you will:

• Provide central coordination and oversight of the family's wealth-related affairs across real estate, start-up investments, and financial holdings
• Support decision-making by preparing transparent reports, analyses, and strategic recommendations
• Manage relationships with external advisors, service providers, banks, and business partners
• Ensure the long-term security and structured development of family assets
• Handle confidential information, contracts, reports, and decision documents with the highest level of discretion
• Relieve the family and their committees from day-to-day operational burdens while maintaining professional standards

What We're Looking For

Professional Qualifications:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Real Estate, or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience in a family office, wealth management, audit, tax advisory, legal advisory, banking, private equity, or senior assistant/management environment
• Strong understanding of wealth structures, investments, real estate, tax matters, legal frameworks, and financial topics
• Experience managing external consultants and service providers
• Confident handling of confidential information and decision-support materials
