Sales Representative

Overview

We are representing a growing financial services organization that helps consumers navigate debt relief solutions. Our client is expanding their remote sales team and seeking consultative sales professionals who want to make a meaningful impact while building a strong income through performance-based compensation.

This is a fully remote opportunity focused on converting warm inbound leads—no cold calling, no door knocking. You'll guide clients through enrollment using a proven sales framework designed to close on the first call.

We are currently hiring for candidates residing in AL, AZ, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, MI, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based sales approach
• Follow an optimized script and structured call framework to guide client conversations
• Build trust quickly and confidently guide clients through the enrollment process
• Overcome objections with empathy, confidence, and integrity
• Close sales on the first call following the established process
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development sessions with leadership
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining exceptional client communication
• Remain calm and professional during sensitive financial discussions

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing sales or service role
• Call center or collections experience is a plus
• Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication skills
• Goal-oriented, competitive mindset with a desire to exceed targets
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Computer proficiency and ability to multitask across systems
• Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a performance-driven culture
• Consistent punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts
• Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback
• Available for full-time work with potential overtime eligibility
• Must reside in one of the eligible states listed above

Compensation

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission structure. The position provides realistic six-figure earning potential for top performers.
