About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative for Domino's in Fresno, you're the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle incoming calls, manage online ordering inquiries, respond to customer questions, and resolve concerns—all while maintaining the hospitality and accuracy that define the Domino's experience. Your role is essential to keeping our customers happy and our location operating smoothly during every shift.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist customers with menu questions, order customizations, and delivery status inquiries
• Process payments securely using our POS system, handling cash and card transactions
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Update order systems and communicate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations
• Provide information about menu items, current promotions, and store policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

• Comfortable using a computer or point-of-sale system
