Senior Solutions Architect

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential search and data platform company seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join their team remotely in the United Kingdom. Our client serves more than half of the Fortune 500 with enterprise solutions spanning AI-powered search, observability, and security.

This is a client-facing technical role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to sales teams, customers, and partners. You'll translate complex business challenges into technical solutions and drive adoption of modern platform technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for enterprise and mid-market clients
• Develop deep understanding of customer goals and articulate how technology solutions address their business needs
• Build value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations
• Participate in all phases of the sales cycle from discovery through technical validation
• Maintain expertise in the product portfolio to effectively demonstrate value in sales meetings and at industry events
• Advise sales teams on positioning strategies for products, solutions, and services
• Onboard and enable partners while supporting them through sales cycles
• Create collateral and collaborate cross-functionally to meet individual client needs
• Communicate customer needs, gaps, and enhancement requests to engineering and leadership teams
• Continuously develop sales and technical skills through self-directed learning and company-provided professional development

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in technical presales roles
• Experience in at least one of the following: AI enterprise search, observability, or cybersecurity (required)
• Security solutions experience is a strong advantage
• History working with large or mid-size organizations
• Demonstrated ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms, software, and technologies
• Passion for continuous learning and personal development
• Track record of successful customer relations with ability to devise architectures that solve business problems
• Proven ability to influence teams and convince stakeholders of new ideas, technologies, or architectural patterns
• Capability to inspire groups both large and small
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% within region, with occasional international travel
• Fluent English (business or native level)
