Mindera is recruiting a Senior Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Solution Architect (SFMC) for a full-time, remote position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This is an opportunity to design and implement sophisticated customer loyalty and engagement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Cloud technologies for enterprise clients.

About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade loyalty and customer engagement platforms. You will work directly with stakeholders to understand business objectives, architect scalable solutions, and oversee implementation across Salesforce's suite of marketing and loyalty products. This role combines technical expertise with strategic problem-solving, ensuring our clients achieve measurable business outcomes through sophisticated customer data strategies and personalised engagement programmes.

Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive loyalty and engagement solutions using Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and Marketing Cloud, aligned with client business requirements
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions and technical assessments to establish solution scope, identify integration points, and define data strategies
• Design customer data platforms, segmentation models, and personalisation frameworks that drive engagement and retention
• Lead solution design documentation, including functional specifications, technical architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps
• Oversee development and configuration activities, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to best practices and Salesforce standards
• Integrate Salesforce solutions with existing enterprise systems and third-party platforms to create cohesive technology stacks
• Provide technical guidance to development teams and support knowledge transfer to client teams
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and optimisation recommendations to maximise platform value

Who We're Looking For

• Proven expertise architecting solutions on Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and Marketing Cloud (or Marketing Cloud personalisation technologies)
• Deep understanding of customer engagement strategies, loyalty programme design, and data-driven marketing principles
• Experience with data architecture, customer data platforms, API integrations, and cloud-based systems
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and development, with knowledge of Apex, SOQL, or related technologies
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Salesforce certifications (relevant certifications in Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, or Solution Architect are valued)
• Proven track record delivering enterprise implementations on time and within scope
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements in a consulting environment
